ABC channel 200 has had terrible pixelation for a couple of months now. It is the only channel that has this issue. ABC channel 205 is fine. This happens whether it’s live TV or recorded on the PVR. Is this a known issue? When will it be fixed?
@Cmac410@cvgatchalian I'm not seeing any issues with this station currently. Typically poor reception on a channel is related to poor signal. Give the steps here a try to see if signal can be improved to the cable box, and if you're still seeing any issues afterwards then get in touch with our technical support team and they can arrange a service appointment for you.
