PVR issue

Hello,

I fully unpaired my XR11 Bluecurve TV Remote from my PVR and now I can't get it paired again, I can't turn on the PVR without the remote and I am getting no signal from the PVR even when I unplug and plug it in. I have no remotes to control the PVR at the moment.

The remote should still control the box using IR. Try resetting the remote:

Factory Reset the Xfinity Voice Remote with a Setup Button (XR11)

1. Press the Setup button until the LED at the top of the remote changes from red to green.
2. Press 9-8-1.
3. The LED will blink green twice to indicate that the remote was reset.
