We have 25 HD channels that are showing the message "This channel should be available shortly. Code SO2OO". I have messaged Shaw and it cannot be fixed remotely. It will involve a service call which, of course, cannot happen during the pandemic. I am wondering if this is a problem with my PVR. I have unplugged it and when plugged back in, nothing happens. Do I wait patiently until a service call is available, all the while, of course, paying for 35 channels that I cannot access.
