It looks like the instructions assume that I have bought my Crave subscription from Shaw - as it says "Once you've downloaded the app you can select the menu button from the home page of the app and choose Sign In. From here, Shaw customers can select the available Through My TV Provider option and tap Shaw Go."
However, I already have the Crave app, and having already signed in to my Crave subscription, there is no option to select "Through my TV Provider" on the app.
Can you please clarify what I need to do?
