But you need to hire more of them.....I've been on the phone for nearly 1 1/2 hour because all I want to do is add one tv channel.......the online way I'm having no luck either lol......like,e I say the agents are awesome.....but shaw management & owner(s) need to hire more people to answer the phone calls & chat part
Totally agree ! Waited 2 hours then the chat worker went off shift right in the middle of the chat and put me back on hold for another 1.5 hour wait ! Hopefully when you get through they arent off shift durijng your chat
Though I have no experience with customer service, other than being a nice guy, I'd love to work for Shaw in their customer service department if it would help cut down wait times.
