On your larger main BlueSky TV box, unplug the power and reseat your coax cable connections. Once reseated, power up the TV box. It may take a few moments to reboot and load content. Please then try those channels to see if the same error comes up. If it persists, your best bet is to touch base with our technical support teams to schedule a technician to improve your signal connection.
