Stingray Channels 711, 715 and 716 give error message 03059. Updates for repair?

For the past week we have not had access to these channels.  Error code 03059 comes up and tells us to try again later.  All other Stingray Channels are accessible.

Hey ansques,

Thank you for reaching out! That error generally means there is some poor signal from the coax cable lines affecting those channels. Some troubleshooting should be able to fix that. On your larger main BlueSky TV box, unplug the power and reseat your coax cable connections. Once reseated, power up the TV box. It may take a few moments to reboot and load content. Please then try those channels to see if the same error comes up. If it persists, your best bet is to touch base with our technical support teams to schedule a technician to improve your signal connection.
