Sunday Ticket not on 4K Wireless??

I have recently switched over to the new Bluesky 4K Wireless Boxes in Edmonton but when I went to order Sunday Ticket today I was told that Sunday Ticket is not available on the wireless boxes.  

From what I read Sunday Ticket is available on boxes that have MPEG4 encoding and all the Bluesky boxes (including your brand new 4K Wireless ones) are compatible with MPEG4 encoding.

My question: Which is right?  Your website that says they are compatible or the person from your call centre that says they aren't.

If not compatible, how are your latest most advanced boxes not compatible to provide the latest best programming?

@opatril Unfortunately, at this time that programming is not available on our wireless BlueSky TV boxes. If you do wish to order those channels, get in touch with our customer service team and they will be able to take a look at exchanging that equipment for you so that you'll have access to this content.
