How do I generate a RETURN LABEL for TV Boxes??

Make sure you contact Shaw first. The instructions for printing a label are here.

@hansonlau150 -- put the equipment into a box, and seal it. Take it to a local Canada Post outlet. Ask them for a return label for your Shaw equipment.

If you need a return label

1. Go to the Print a Return Label form on the Canada Post website.
2. Enter the Canada Post Return ID Number: PR370017.
3. Enter contact information, address and account number.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Get Label.
6. You will receive an email with a QR code.
7. Print the return label.
