Call Shaw and book another service.

I have made countless calls to Shaw thanks very much...and ended up being on hold usually over an hour! Why is there never any follow up? ...pathetic 

one technician came out to service then advised another would need to as it was an outside wiring issue, no follow up since(approx 2 weeks ago)!

this is happening to us too.  Since June 4th.  Have you been able to resolve this with Shaw yet?
