Hi @Boss27 , have you tried resetting your tv box by unplugging the power, wait about 20 seconds and then plug power back in. It will take a little bit for your box to boot up fully, then re-check your channels and see if the problem has been fixed.  Hope this helps, if not maybe someone on here might know more about this issue.

@Boss27 -- which Shaw TV box do you have? Some of the TV channels are sent in a "compressed" format, and some of the older TV boxes cannot "decompress" the video. So, one hears the audio, but one does not see any video.

What cables are you using between the Shaw TV box and your TV?  An HDMI cable and a coaxial cable should carry both video & audio. If you have "component" video cables (red, green, blue) and red/white audio cables, you must configure your TV to accept the "component" signals, not the HDMI/coaxial signals.

So, which TV box do you have, and what manufacturer/model of TV do you have?
