voice lag

we just had blue curve installed a couple weeks ago and have a terrible voice lag on recorded programs..........anyone?

@kjc222 Is this happening on all recordings, or only a specific program/programs from a specific channel? Do you also experience this issue when watching the affected program/channel live?

Pretty much all recordings, and live tv as well at times.  Thinking they should have possibly supplied me with hardwired instead of wireless, but they installed the latter.

Does the audio run through your TV speakers, or do you have an external audio receiver, surround sound or sound bar set up? If you are using an audio device other than your TV speakers, can you try testing with the audio running through your TV and see if the same issue occurs?

Runs through tv speakers only. Never encountered this problem with Gateway.  It was hard wired
