I paid my last bill on Sept 25th, it was due on Sept. 26th, yet I just received the new bill in the email and the payment does not show up on it

Thank you for reaching out! It certainly depends on the method of payment. If you make a payment through your bank/online banking it can take up to 3-5 business days to process onto your Shaw account. It is recommended to make a payment through your MyShaw account as it will post on your account immediately. Let me know if you have any other questions
