BC's Knowledge Network is one of the best channels available, especially if you like British etc. drama and documentaries, as well as locally produced documentaries. If there is a go-to channel for my family it is KNOW, which is actually much better than PBS for range and variety. But Shaw's BlueCurve TV doesn't carry it. Why not? Nor does Shaw's On Demand carry it. Shaw regular cable had earlier dropped BBC K(ids), which was co-owned by the Knowledge Network. Rather poor support for Western Canadian products.
