Hi there, I just received the best customer service support from Amy (in Vancouver - her employee ID is V66U). I called about interrupted TV service, which she promptly helped me connect with a tech guy and fixed, then she also told me about great promos! She went over and above and helped me change my internet plan that best suits my family’s needs + she helped me to find ways to save money!! She was super friendly and patient...and she was so eager to help me address all my needs!! Great service Amy! Thank you so much!! 🙂 really appreciate all your proactiveness and eagerness to help my family get the best Shaw service we’ve ever received! :)! She was so great that I asked for her employee ID to help write a positive review about her..hope her manager sees this! 🙂

I just had the most seamless and friendly experience with Ashwin from Montreal. He helped in setting up my account, providing me with all the information that I required. I didn’t even have a question as he answered them before I could ask. Super guy! Super representative of your company! I didn’t get his ID# but my interaction with with Ashwin from Montreal today, April 10, 2024. I couldn’t even get a response from another provider. You can imagine how happy I am with this experience. I hope his manager sees this.
I had the worst customer experience with Manisha. I tried talking with her about my bill not getting debited through autopay and she was rude inconsiderate and wasn't even ready to listen to me. I asked her how I can solve the issue and why they r not debiting money and she was like I ll connect u to tech team and disconnected the chat. Horrible horrible experience with Manisha on Aug 24 2:25pm pst

Has your credit-card expired?
Can you logon to the My Shaw Portal, to see which credit-card is on your account?
While logged-in, click "Bills" and scroll-down to "Transactions". You can view all your payments for the last 24 months, to see when they stopped auto-debiting you.
I signed up for Shaw services on August of this year I received 2 boxes for tv I asked if there was gonna be an extra charge for the box I was told no well I get my September bill and was charged an extra 7 dollars for having the box I was told there wasn’t gonna be a charge for that’s pretty shady of Shaw now Roger’s to do that I do not recommend Shaw to anyone why wouid you tell me there wouldn’t be an extra charge than you charge me 7 extra that’s pretty low of you I will never sign with Shaw ever again
