@Richardbub -- your first invoice after making changes will reflect a few things:
- credit for the "unused" days in your previous contract,
- payment for the final month of service within your previous contract,
- first month of service on your new contract.
Logon to the My Shaw Portal, and look at the "Transactions" page for the entire year-to-date. Each change will be detailed.
By the second month of your new contract, you should see the new rate.
