That is unexpected.

Using the My Shaw Portal, you can change your telephone-number, but you cannot change your mailing-address.

So, the only way to update is to telephone Shaw Accounts: 1-888-472-2222

You might try at a date/time when your local retail office is closed. Your call will automatically be routed to one of the Shaw "Call Centres", where the update should be made.

Are you moving to different housing? If so, you may need to "transfer my services", so that Shaw can confirm that Shaw can offer their services at your new location.
