@a1potter -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum, where volunteers try to help.

This forum is not a direct path to Shaw Support (1-888-472-2222).

Have you tried unplugging the power to the Shaw TV box, and unplugging the power to your TV, and then reconnecting both cords?

Does your TV have multiple inputs: coaxial cable, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, component (red/green/blue), composite (red/white/yellow)?  If so, use the TV's remote-control to cycle through all the choices, to find the "active" input being sent out by the Shaw TV box.

Do you have a DVD player that is connected to the TV? Can you play a DVD disk and see its audio/video on your TV?  If not, your TV might be the problem.
