Nov 25 - Webmail unavailable - (Fix In Progress) - Shaw Support

Says webmail in unavailable.

I access my email accounts by IMAP with Outlook 365 for desktop.  IMAP doesn't seem to be working either.

Task 'Shaw xxxxxxxxx: Folder:Inbox Check for new mail.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot download folder Inbox from the IMAP email server for account Shaw xxxxxxxxx. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

email working on phone?

Interesting.  Still not working in Outlook on desktop, but it is working in Samsung Email on my phone.

Correction. SMTP working NOT IMAP

Correction.  It seems that he Samsung Email is not generating an error, but it is not receiving email.

SMTP (Send) is working.

@Bruce_L  I can send and receive email on IMAP. The only weird thing that I notice is when I log in to my.shaw.ca I can’t see my email accounts.

@judithann -- Rogers/Shaw E-mail services (POP, IMAP, WebMail) and the My Shaw Portal are working for me, after 3 PM Pacific.

Close your E-mail program, restart your computer, and try again.

The mail & authentication servers are in Calgary.  So, wherever you physically are, the services are now working.
