@TJC63 -- when I look at Shaw's "outages" page for southern Alberta, I see no current issues.
What happened after you contacted Shaw Support: 1-888-472-2222 ? Did they trouble-shoot? Did they offer to ship replacement hardware? Did they schedule a technician to do a site-visit to your home?
