Does Shaw sell my email address?

I find that every day I am now getting at least one or two emails trying to get mt to join, or buy, something.  Has Shaw decided to recently sell my email address?

@cbss -- if you do a Google-search for your E-mail ID, do you find it posted on some web-sites? If so, the spammer could be doing the same search?

Do you have a friend with your E-mail ID listed in their "contacts", and has their E-mail ID been "hacked"? If so, the hacker could have harvested all your friend's "contacts", and is now sending "spam" messages to every one of them.
