@Kryptotr -- anybody know what the issue is?

Shaw will know, but this is a user-to-user discussion forum, not an official path to contact Shaw Support. So, you should contact Shaw -- currently, online-chat is given priority over telephone.  From a Shaw web-site about outages:

Affected Area: Southwest Calgary

Affected Services: Internet, Business Internet, Phone, Business Phone, Digital TV, VOD, Gateway, BlueCurve TV, WiFi Access Points
Reference Number: CHG0272319
Date: Aug 13, 2020
Start: 00:00 MT
End: 06:00 MT
Summary: Some customers may experience an interruption of the affected Shaw services between midnight and 6:00 am MT. This interruption is expected to last approximately six (6) hours. Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.

If you are able to post to this user-to-user discussion forum from your Shaw account, my guess is "yes".

Otherwise, please give more details:

  • when you watch a YouTube video, does it "buffer", or does it "chatter" ?
  • when you go online to www.SportsNet.ca to watch the Calgary Flames, does it connect? Is the video "smooth"?
  • are you having problems sending or receiving E-mail?
  • what error-messages do you get?
  • if you have more than one computer/device in your home, what symptoms do they show, on each device?
  • If you take a WiFi-capable device to the nearest Shaw WiFi access-point, and connect, what symptoms does it show?
