A few people seem to be misunderstanding or not reading correctly about the upcoming price increases to the Rogers/Shaw Internet/phone/tv services. The new pricing that is going into effect on Jan.10/2024 is for month to month subscribers and indicates what the new regular going rates will be listed as, anyone who is currently on a 2year internet and or tv bundle or home phone Value Plan pricing guarantee will NOT see an increase on their monthly invoice balance due, it will just show up in the section where they list what your monthly services are, but your total that you pay will still remain the same until your 2 year Value Plan expires. I believe the confusion lies with the fact even though most people are not affected it is by law that Roger/Shaw must give notice to all customers of upcoming changes, and people tend to not totally read the entire bulk of the statement that explains it.
