The error may occur when trying to access recordings immediately after a power cycle has been completed on your Shaw TV device.
To troubleshoot this error:
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Power cycle the main Shaw TV Player (XG1v3).
- Power cycle any affected Shaw portals.
- Test PVR functions approximately 1 minute after the picture has been restored on all devices.
- If the error still occurs, speak with a Shaw support representative.
