What to expect:

  • An agent will review your account, discuss plan options, and offer a solution that best fits your needs.
  • Applicable charges such as unreturned equipment and early cancellation fees may apply upon disconnection.
  • After you have spoken to an agent and confirmed your cancellation details, any Shaw rental equipment can be returned to a Shaw retail location.

Note:Online chat agents cannot fulfill service disconnection requests at this time.
