If you are outside of Canada, you can call Customer Care by dialing +1-587-393-4664. Calls to Customer Care are free when calling from a Shaw Mobile device. 

If you are using WiFi calling outside of Canada, calls are treated as if you are located in Canada. To avoid roaming charges, ensure WiFi calling is enabled and prioritized on your device.
