It's convenient and easy to manage every aspect of your Shaw services using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) and the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). My Shaw allows you to manage your TV, Internet and phone with helpful troubleshooting, viewing current subscriptions and allowing you to browse additional or upgraded services.
Manage your subscription
To manage your services using the My Shaw website or the My Shaw app:
ClickMy Servicesand select the service you wish to manage from the menu, or tap the service from the main menu in the app.
My Shaw allows you to view your current subscription and browse different plans. For your TV you can add premium channels and view available free channel previews while with Internet you can manage your Shaw Go WiFi devices and view Shaw Go Wifi and Internet usage history.
Troubleshooting your service
With both the My Shaw website and app you can troubleshoot your services.
ClickMy Servicesand select the service you wish to troubleshoot from the menu, or tap the service from the main menu in the app.
With My Shaw you can view popular support articles that can help you self serve and troubleshoot your TV, Internet, or Phone. In the Help and Support menu you can also restart you modem, or refresh your channel listings to your TV box.
My Shaw will allow you to set and change purchase pins on your activated TV devices. Parental Controls are turned off by default. So your device may not appear on this list until you activate Parental Controls through your TV box. For parental controls on the internet see BlueCurve Home Parental Controls.
