Manage your subscription
To manage your services using the My Shaw website:
- Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
- Click My Services and select the service you wish to manage from the drop-down menu.
To manage your services using the My Shaw App:
- Open the My Shaw App.
- From Home, tap the service you wish to manage from the menu.
My Shaw allows you to view your current subscription and browse different plans. With My Shaw you can:
- Add available channels to your subscription
- View available free channel previews
- Manage your Rogers WiFi Hotspots (formerly known as Shaw Go WiFi) devices
- View Rogers WiFi Hotspots and Internet usage history.
- Manage Shaw email accounts
Troubleshooting your service
With both the My Shaw App and website you can troubleshoot your services.
- Sign in to my.shaw.ca or open the My Shaw App.
- Select the service you wish to troubleshoot:
- On My Shaw web, click My Services and select your service.
- On the My Shaw App, tap the service from the Home screen and scroll to the bottom.
While troubleshooting with My Shaw, you can:
- View popular support articles to help you self-serve and troubleshoot your TV, Internet, or Phone.
- Restart your modem
- Refresh your channel listings on your TV box.
- View Service updates to find out more on service outages and scheduled maintenance
Parental Controls
My Shaw will allow you to set and change purchase pins on your activated TV devices. Parental Controls are turned off by default. So your device may not appear on this list until you activate Parental Controls through your TV box.
