You can view your current balance due for Shaw services using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)

 

View your current balance due using the My Shaw website

To view your current balance due using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Bills and scroll down to Account Overview to find your current balance and due date.

To view your current balance due using the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.

Your current balance and due date will be displayed at the top of the screen.
