You can change your contact information on your account, including you contact phone number and email address by using My Shaw.

Solution

1. Login to MyShaw
2. Navigate to the My Profile section in the header
3. Click Edit under either the Phone or Email section of My Contact Information
   • Some legacy accounts will not be able to update their phone number online, please contact us if the edit button does not appear.
