We called to cancel Netflix through Shaw Rogers and called to cancel. They told us have to go through Netflix. This is futile! Shaw Rogers charges you for Netflix they need to remove from billing. Customer service wait time on phone ridiculous. I don’t like Telus but they are looking like the best of two evils. People should not have put up with this. We need to contact CRTC and complain and demand better service!
