We set up automatic billing but nothing came out this month. Why?

Since those volunteers have no access to your Shaw account, please contact Shaw Billing [1-888-472-2222 or www.shaw.ca/chat ] to resolve your issue.

Or, access the My Shaw Portal, where you can view all the transactions against your account for the last 24 months, including credits from your manual/automated payments.
