Last Saturday, May 27 there was a Shaw outage in my area and we did not have any service for about 5 hours. At that time our home phone was also down. We do not use our land line much but when we went to use it yesterday, June 1 there was no dial tone. Can you please look into this for 805 Haney Street, 204-896-1478. Thank you.

Can you disconnect the power-cord from the Shaw telephone box, and reconnect it, and wait a minute while the box restarts, and then see if you get a dial-tone. Try plugging a telephone handset directly into the "Line 1" port on the telephone box, to see if that gets you a dial-tone.
