Spam can clutter your inbox — but it doesn't have to. If you're receiving a lot of spam email, you can try adjusting your spam filtering settings in Shaw Webmail. 


Adjust spam filter settings
  1. Go to
  2. Log in using your email and password.
  3. Click Preferences in the toolbar at the top of your Inbox.
  4. Select Spam from the menu on the left side of the screen,
  5. Choose your preferred settings.
    • label messages as spam and leaving them in your inbox
    • label messages as spam and moving them to the junk folder.
    • discard messages immediately so they skip your Inbox and Trash folders
  6. Click Save.
