Restore default password

If you would like to restore the default password, you can perform a pin-hole reset. This will restore all of the default settings, including the WiFi channel and network name.

  • Locate the small pin-hole reset button on the back of your Shaw modem.
  • Push and hold the button with a paperclip or pin and hold for 15 seconds.
  • The lights on the modem will begin to flash if the reset was successful.
