How to remove a device
Follow these steps to remove (unlink) a smart device from Rogers Xfinity.
- Open the Rogers Xfinity app.
- Sign in with your Shaw ID username and password.
- Select the Home tab in the bottom navigation.
- Select the plus sign (+) at the top right corner, then select the device you want to unlink.
- Select the Unlink all button at the bottom.
Note: Unlinking a device will remove your ability to control it from the Rogers Xfinity app. The device will still show up in the WiFi tab of Rogers Xfinity, as long as it's connected to your home network.
