Experiencing slow or inconsistent Internet speed? Restarting your Shaw modem is often the easiest way to improve the performance of your Internet connection.  To restart your modem manually:


Solution

  1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the modem.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cable to the modem.
  4. Test your connection.
