How To: Set an out-of-office or vacation message in Shaw Webmail
Taking a day off or planning a vacation? You deserve it. While you’re away, you can have your Shaw email account reply automatically to any email you receive. Learn how to set up an auto-reply or vacation message in Shaw Webmail.
Click the Preferences tab and select Out of Office.
Select Send auto-reply message.
Enter your preferred message into the Auto-Reply Message text box
Optionally, you can:
Enter a start and end date in the Time Period text box. If you don’t choose an end date, the auto-reply message will continue until you disable it.
Use External Senders to set a different message to for anyone outside your domain (@shaw.ca) and not in your contacts. If this setting is not selected, the first auto-reply message will be sent to anyone who emails you.
