Quick Answer: How to view details about your Shaw Internet package

You can use My Shaw to view details about your Internet package or if you want to see what your Internet usage is. Follow these steps to view details about your Internet services:

  1. Sign into My Shaw
  2. Click Internet from the My Services menu at the top
  3. View your current Internet package details under My High Speed plan. Scroll down to Internet usage. You can check your Internet speed by running a speed test from http://speedtest.shaw.ca
  4. Click Change Internet plan if interested in changing your Shaw Internet plan
