It's getting to the point where I will be telling Rogers/Shaw to put me on the payroll. That's the message I get when I try to log in to my webmail account on my desktop. When I use my iphone it connects. What the hell is going on with this outfit. I've called at least 4 times in the last month over problems with "service". Anyone else in Thunder Bay getting this?

@austinphoto -- I am far to the west of Thunder Bay, and when I get this message, I close all instances of my web-browser. That deletes all of Shaw's "session-cookies". Then, the next time I open Shaw WebMail, it works fine. Deleting ALL the cookies is not necessary. Clearing the cache has no effect.

Clearing the cache worked for me but there have been many glitches with Shaw lately. I was on the phone again tonight. Went to Crave and rec’d a notice I had to pay $21.95 first. I already had the account!! Thanks for your attention and so

and that's where your message ends ???
On your monthly invoice from Rogers/Shaw, does it show a fee for a subscription to Crave?
Do you get any monthly invoice (paper or on their web-site) from Crave, billing you?
That's strange! My message was that clearing the cache took care of the problem. The Crave problem happened twice now. But if I close and go back in, all works fine. Shaw worked so much better before Rogers name tagged on. lol
Crave is on my billing. I thought someone was messing with me as I get it for $11.00 a month because of a screw up when I changed my package. I was informed Crave and HBO was part of it. They didn't tell me it wasn't the main APP but added channels with limited choice.
@austinphoto wrote They didn't tell me ...
If you purchase anything (microwave, TV, computer, mobile-phone, automobile, hotel rental) there always is something that they don't tell you. Could it be avoiding "Too Much Information", or is it "Buyer Beware" ?
