Access XB6 modem

Hi,

Just had BlueSky installed today along with the Arris XB6 modem. I am trying to get access to the modem with the following IP address 10.0.0.1, and I get the message; "this site can't be reached". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey agreen46,

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry for the delay in response. The forums aren't monitored as closely as our other support channels. You likely need to set up complete the first time WiFi set up with the steps here. Otherwise, you should be able to access the admin page with no issues with a direct ethernet connection to a desktop.
