@tts60  Nothing specifically for seniors, but Rogers does have a program for individuals and families receiving income assistance.

Any computer-store (physical or online) will sell you an adapter, for under $20. One end connects to a USB-A port on your computer. The other end is a socket for an Ethernet cable. QED
