Ive used shaw open in the past, i have a valid ID (im posting this msg using the ID so obviously it works)
i already have 2 computers saved but all of a sudden i cannot use it anymore, every device comes back with this error.
ive tried this on a windows laptop, Ubuntu laptop, android and iphone.
does anyone have a fix for this?
also, on the registration screen, it says it will use the MAC by default for the name which is perfectly fine by me but it wont allow you to save without a device name even though it said it would use the MAC for the name by default. Either allow it or don't. what is the point in telling customers one thing but requiring another?
@AC1K -- it won't allow you to save without a device name
Enter a name, such as "My iPhone 14 Pro".
Then, when using the My Shaw Portal, that name will appear in the list of your devices.
Yes this is exactly what i stated contrary to what is written underneath the input field.
but this is largely irrelevant, the fact the portal is broken and devices cannot be registered is the real problem.
