Change webmail view

When logging in to webmail on my ipad   I recently noticed the user view had changed. I would like to go back to the old view, but when you go to preferences there are no longer any options to make changes.

@Rif You should be able to change the view in the preferences as per below. It might be a browser/cache issue. You can test this by using a different browser (Chrome/FireFox) and let me know how it goes.

I have a new IPad , 10.5 inch, 7th generation. Webmail shows as desktop only.   I cannot change the view as those options don’t show up.  
I chatted with Shaw, sent them screenshots, and the agent agreed it can’t be changed.  Appears Webmail only recognizes new IPad as a desktop.   
Anyone have a solution for this? 

I will call Apple and ask.

There’s a switch in settings...safari....Request Desktop Website, turned it off , mobile webmail shows up fine. 

I hadn’t turned that on since getting the new IPad , so it must be turned on by Apple when I set up the new iPad.  

shaw needs to inform their agents.
