How to I contact a HUMAN????????????????????????

I have a problem that does not fit into any of your "self hep" categories.

Hi @keithbeddow , have you not tried phoning Shaw Support at 1-888-472-2222 and ask for customer service, or if you use the chat function on this page after entering your question and the bot answers just type agent so you can be connected to a live person.  Ok hope this helps.

@keithbeddow -- four options to get help:

1. telephone Shaw: 1-888-472-2222. Outside of "business hours", you will be connected to a Call Centre, which could be in Belize, or Northern Ontario, or in the Maritimes. 
2. while reading this reply, scroll down to see and click the "Your Voice" hyperlink, and compose a message to Shaw.
3. post in this forum, to see if one of the volunteers on this peer-to-peer discussion forum can help you.
4. online, use www.shaw.ca/chat -- at some point, type "agent", to switch from the A.I. responder to a Shaw person.

I have the same problem. After I signed a 2 year contract all my system kept failing and they would not reply to any of my requests and the on line system ....great if you want to be 172 on theie waiting list.  Shaw would phone you back, not Rogers.

I feel more customers should group up and fight this ..We should all contact CRTC to point out their mistake at letting Rogers take over.

Rogers has the worst srevice I have ever incountered with my 50 years of being with Shaw-
