@BufordT -- since nobody on this peer-to-peer discussion forum has replied over the last 4 days, I recommend that you either contact Shaw (currently, online chat has priority over telephone) or you look through the 9 relevant articles on a Shaw web-site in hopes of finding an answer.
@BufordT this is an unsupported advanced setting. IP addresses associated with your devices can be released via the device itself through CMD/Network Settings.
It looks like the lease for an internal ip is only 2 days and for iot hardware forwarding ports is pretty much a static thing if you are using the cloud for storage or automation.
