I've been on hold for 3 hours with Shaw direct with no answer.

Why is no one answer the phone at Shaw direct,  I've tried to get an agent for a least 6 hours this week and tried chat, keeps coming up with errors.  Why doesn't any body answer the phone.  ???

@dlukes  sorry but no one on here can answer that for you.  This forum is for Rogers/Shaw home services not Shaw direct and this forum is only a peer to peer discussion forum with no Rogers/Shaw employees, only us community volunteers on here.  Wish I had an answer for you, good luck.
