Anyone experiencing internet outage in Nolan Hill Calgary? Second time in back to back month... so frustrating to go through the same crap each time.
Power down modem. Power down router... wait on the phone for 2 hours... to wait for tech to tell you the same thing (power down modem... power down router). Only for them to tell you later that they can't fix it and it'll be resolved later.
