Port Forwarding not working on the Blue Curve App

Recently upgraded to this new gateway router from the hitron and am having problems getting ports forwarded.

I've turned off my windows 10 firewall entirely, I have added several ports to open on the app for my home pc profile and when i test they remain closed. They say theyre open in the app but nothing on my end will confirm that. I have looked at the logs and there are no entries to show that i've forwarded these ports. i did a factory reset of the router and set it up again, forwarded a port through the app and still it remains closed with the only system log being this, something to do with my plex media server.

IGD[19640]: igd.info IGD_pii_add_portmapping_entry: desc Plex Media Server, ext_port 23582, int_port 32400 the port i was trying to forward this time was 22419 not 23582 for what its worth, no idea what either of these entries mean as i did nothing with my plex server during this time.

@James_Bag -- when I test, they remain closed.

How are you testing? Are you using NMAP from a computer with a "public" IP-address somewhere on the Internet?
