Can someone please help me? I have my Shaw email account set up on my home computer using Outlook. I accidentally deleted a really important task (with a ton of info I need) but am unable to find it anywhere in order to retrieve it. I've tried the following:
- checked deleted items folder: deleted emails are there but not deleted tasks
- tried to use 'recover deleted items from server' button but it's greyed out and isn't available to use
- tried to use 'recover deleted items' button but it is greyed out and isn't available to use
- signed into my Shaw webmail account online but there is nothing in my deleted items
I would not consider myself tech savvy enough to be able to do any programming or importing of pst folders so the easier the solution, the better.
