Removing device from Gateway XB7

How do you remove a device from a Gateway XB7 router that you have turned off, unplugged and disconnected and even still shows up in Shaw Home BlueCurve app?

Here are a couple of screen shots... I used to have a Roku streaming device hooked up, but I removed that and had no problem in "Forget this device" through Bluecurve

Just did and everything is working, even got rid of my old printer... wonder what happened?
