shaw custom speed test is ok

dsl reports tes ok

speedtest .net test is crap.

Guess speedtest .net likes to waste money on a broken site, I dunno

Turn off your AVirus and test again You may find your AV is throttling your connection.

My AV hasn't changed in 10 years.
